Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Twins Cab, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair across our entire ecosystem—for passengers booking rides, drivers managing trips, and fleet owners.
1. Free Cancellations
You can cancel any standard booking for free within 5 minutes of driver acceptance, or up to 60 minutes before your scheduled pickup time for pre-booked rides.
2. Late Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your ride after the driver has already arrived at your pickup location, or if you cancel less than 30 minutes before a scheduled ride, a nominal cancellation fee will be applied to compensate the driver for their time and fuel.
3. Driver Cancellations
If a driver is delayed significantly or cancels the trip from their end, you will not be charged any fees. Our system will immediately attempt to match you with the nearest available driver at no extra cost.
4. Fleet Owner Controls
Fleet owners using the Owner App can monitor real-time cancellation metrics. Excessive driver cancellations are automatically flagged to the Owner App dashboard to help maintain fleet efficiency and quality of service.
5. Refund Process
If you were charged incorrectly or are entitled to a refund due to a cancellation dispute, please contact our support team. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
