Welcome to Twins Cab. By downloading our Passenger App, Driver App, or Owner App, or utilizing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. App Usage & Account Creation
You must register an account to use the Passenger, Driver, or Owner apps. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines or pose a safety risk.
2. Fares and Payments
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and the type of vehicle selected. You agree to pay the total fare displayed at the time of booking. Tolls and parking fees (if applicable) may be added to your final bill.
3. User Responsibilities
Passengers: Must provide the secure OTP to start rides and treat drivers with respect.
Drivers: Must verify their identity, follow navigation guidelines, and ensure their vehicles are well-maintained.
Fleet Owners: Must ensure all assigned drivers possess valid licenses and that all fleet vehicles are legally registered.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen road conditions.
